If you’ve begun to notice a trend, it’s not surprising. Me mentioning how long it’s been since the last post, a quick explanation, some images and then a long silence until the next post. This time’s not gonna be any different.

It’s been a nutty couple of weeks (which we’re getting used to) We’ve literally been all over the place. Besides doing the most sessions of any month so far, we were out of town almost every weekend. We took a quick camping trip into West Virginia with Wen’s family. Wen and I took my parents to one of our favorite places in the entire world.

Lots of cool sessions this month, and a chance to get a few images of an up and coming singer at a private concert just for our friends. We got some rain, which kinda goofed up our schedule a little, but gave us a chance to try to get caught up and me the chance to see some amazing guitar players.

There’s a chill in the air this morning, and I think Fall may actually be here. But this is Virginia, so we’ll have to wait and see. Homecoming at MVHS was rescheduled to tonight, so I’m off to load up the sofa… stop by and say hey.

Things just keep crankin’ along here. Monday’s Columbus Day Marathon kicked off a week that’s leaving us looking forward to a vacation… the kids have voted for surfing in Costa Rica… gotta love kids. Our daughter Baylie is now two tonsils lighter and I spent the weekend hanging out with a bunch of really cool guys from all over the world.

I think we’ve done more guys pictures in the last two weeks than we have in the past two months… c’mon guys, it’s not at all like going to the dentist, we promise! I think we might even have a record for the fastest myspace upload of a teaser image… under ten minutes.

We continue to get a steady stream of lovely ladies, and they’re not all high school seniors either.

Thanks again to all of you who keep spreading the good word about us. We’re having a blast and it’s because of you.

First, let me start off by saying a great big ol’ sloppy thank you to all of you who have recommended us to your friends and neighbors. The word of mouth buzz we’ve got going right now is made possible by people like you. As you may have noticed, the blog updates are not as frequent as I intended them to be. That is also because of people like you… in a good way. We have been slammed for the past two weeks as the phone has rung off of the hook. We’re almost booked into the beginning of November right now and we’re doing backflips about it (about 80% senior portraits). We continue to have a great time with the sessions we’re doing and have lots of stuff in store for the near future (keep your eyes peeled for some youtube goodies) Thanks again to everyone who stopped by the sofa on Friday night… we’re working on the pictures, really, we are!
